Overview The Seahouse is a classic Saint Martin villa, built by an Italian architect and perfected by a French and Greek couple. The gated property sits on the beach that is usually deserted save for the privileged few. Enjoy the gardens, pool and ocean. Incredible snorkeling is a stone's throw away. Pink and white marble flooring give it the feel of a palace, classic and contemporary are married with balance and the design offers sea views from every room. The fine restaurants, bars, shops and casinos of the islands entertainment capital, Maho, are just a five minute walk away. No other private villa on the beach gets you closer to the action at Maho and Caravansarai. Or you may desire to be fed at home by a chef at your request. We can arrange house calls for masseuses of several disciplines or chiropractic and wellness therapists. We are also available to book trips to other islands, sailboat cruises on your own yacht, and numerous activities. Just call the concierge on the cell phone we provide for you.   Maid service is at your preference, every day or every other day, however you like. When available, our gardener will bring you fresh produce from the garden. Close to the airport so you won’t have to sit in traffic when you arrive. Watch cruise ships pass by in the morning and when the surf's up, watch surfers shred the point break from your bedroom. Beautiful sunsets are free of charge. Third Bedroom Full Size bed, shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom in the hallway, has a sea view. This room has access to a huge upstairs porch, great for the family to watch boats.
