All units are air-conditioned and have satellite TV,
except for the beach suite and garden suite which have cable
with local, American, Dutch, French and Spanish channels.
Our nightly and weekly room rates are at the bottom of this page.
Cots are available for $20 per person.

With entrances on the beach and garden side, it gets a lovely cross breeze, compliments of our famous tradewinds, but has air conditioning. It can be connected to an adjacent room for families.

This suite has air-conditioning, a king size bed, a seperate kitchen, and a dining area with another seperate dining area on the porch. It's right on the beach with lovely vaulted ceilings and it can be opened to an adjacent room for a roomy and convenient suite for families.

All rates do not include 10% tax and service fee.
Our Reservation Process:
1. Please fill out the information on the reservation page
to confirm availability and rates.
2. We will send you an e-mail response confirming availability and
requesting a deposit (or suggest alternative dates/rooms).
3. Send us your deposit via PayPal, check, money wire or transfer.
4. We will confirm your deposit and reservation via email.
5. Print our email confirmation and bring with you to Sint Maarten!
6. Have a great vacation!!
